Mes chers, After months of shutdown due to covid, I was super excited to take my first Ballet class of 2022 and... wow, I can definitely feel it! 🥴 As an introvert, I don't go out much and didn't realize until today that I am, in fact, in terrible shape. I really need to take care of my body, as I tend to focus on my mind... You know, the notorious "so many books, so little time..." 😍 From this point forward, I'll commit to physical activity, starting with Ballet and figure skating! 🩰⛸️🥰 To make sure I stick to my resolutions, I'll document my (humble!) achievements.
