just thought i’d offer a few snack ideas for those who enjoy snacking while studying like me! i hope you get some ideas from it! happy snacking :D
snack 1: yogurt and fruit. I usually have vanilla or boysenberry yogurt with banana and apple! it’s super tasty!
snack 2: fruit salad. just chop up some fruits into little cubes (if you need to) and chuck them into a bowl! try and keep it to healthier fruits (like apple, oranges, banana and watermelon)
snack 3: crackers and dip. this one is super easy to prepare, just put some crackers on a plate and either take the whole tub of dip into your room or put some into a small bowl for you to use.
snack 4: avocado on toast. pretty self explanatory but just toast your bread, add butter if you’d like and spread some avocado onto the toast, add salt, pepper, lemon juice or whatever else you’d like on top to enhance the flavour.
snack 5: smoothie bowl. this one takes a little more prep than others but is super good for you. put whatever fruit you want into a blender (frozen fruits are better for this), add almond milk and yogurt if you want then blend! pour it into a bowl then add whatever you’d like on top, some good topping are flax seeds, hemp seeds, bananas, strawberries and shredded coconut!
snack 6: trail mix. just put a bunch of nuts and dried fruits into a bowl and mix! you can add chocolate too but it’s healthier without!
snack 7: dark chocolate. if you want to snack on some chocolate while studying it’s better to go with dark chocolate! if you don’t like dark chocolate (like me :( ) you can eat milk or white chocolate but don’t eat too much!
snack 8: hummus and veggies. just slice up some carrot, cucumber bell peppers/capsicum and celery and get some hummus to dip them into.
snack 9: apple slices and peanut butter. slice up your favourite type of apple and slather whatever kind of peanut butter you like onto it! easy.
