Study Tip #2

Study snacks!!!

I personally love hummus and cucumbers cuz its healthy and really food.

Smoothie bowls - love, love, love.

Cut up veggies or fruits.

I also love the Dark Chocolate Coconut Cups from Chocxo which I buy from Costco in bulk. (like mini nanimo bars but make it not unhealthy)

I personally can't eat chips/junk food while studying.

And I ALWAYS keep a large class of ice water with me when studying so I don't forget to hydrate.

Happy autumn everyone! 🍂 the air has definitely changed here, even though it’s sunny it feels crispier! You can definitely tell autumn is on its way and I cannot wait for the yummy autumn flavour coffees to come out! Also happy autumn to my dear friend Laura @lattesandlearning - I know it’s your fav season and I always think of you when I do anything to do with autumn 🍁

Here’s a semi aesthetic coffee I’ve made and also blackberry and apple tarts that I made this morning. Today I need to wrap mums birthday presents, make her birthday cake, review my palliative care guidelines (write in the gaps that were lost in the photocopying process) and then probably prepare more for mums birthday. If I have time I might also have a little look at the prep for my guides meeting after work tomorrow. What a busy day!
