Ich durfte heute dank dem Autohaus Schwaba in Augsburg einen neuen E-Bulli fahren, es ist eine wahre Wonne. Einfach durchdacht und cool gemacht.

Und soll ich Euch was sagen – ich freue mich auf mein elektrisches Pendant zum genialen T2 Bulli. Das wird ein Traumpärchen. 👏🏼

Volkswagen's I.D. BUZZ (seen by many as the re-imagining of the legendary VW Type 2 Microbus) is due to enter production, as well as appear on roads, in 2022. VW are gearing up production facilities in Hanover to cope with expected demand for the four-wheel-drive EV.

The I.D. Buzz is expected to be the shuttle vehicle for the 2022 FIFA Football World Cup in Qatar; potentially raising the vehicle's profile and desirability to levels not experienced by a mainstream EV before.
