I’m sorry that it’s gonna be late, I’m just... like...

you know it’s a struggle when you can’t even put the struggle into words, especially when you’re supposed to be a writer

the issue isn’t a lack of content; I do have quite a bit of it written, but like, I’m really nervous about wrapping things up in a satisfying way and it’s getting pretty bittersweet and that makes me even more nervous cuz it’s not exactly a happy ending (even if hope remains for the sequel)

and I’m rambling and this is dumb

i need some advice from those who have seen my bitch ass face mkay

i’m going to dye my hair but i can’t choose a colour. i want to go darker than what i already have so i don’t really have to bleach it, and i’d prefer it to be kind of subtle i guess? 

i’m wary of blue bc all of my friends who attempted blue ended up with an ugly shade of green apparently, but i’m thinking like. maybe a dark subtle red or perhaps purple? idk

izaya ; sleep

27 - Sleep

I do think Izaya probably went a while trying to have a rigorous sleeping schedule, after graduating, so he could have at least the basics of a healthy routine. But it was more of a calculated effort to do something to make his physical state better, than to naturally fall on a habit.

Rather than that, when he’s focused on something, or when he absolutely has to gather information over a subject, sleep is definitely one of the first things he neglects.

Over the last episodes of the anime adaptation, you either think Izaya’s eyeliner game is out of this world, or you think those are bags under his eyes and he’s very clearly having trouble sleeping or getting the right amount of sleep. While  the first alternative is good and I love it, the latter seems a little bit more fit to his character.
