If Billy met Waylon Jones on a trip to Gotham he absolutely wouldn't think he was a monster. There are so many crocodiles talking to Fawcett.

He would be in Gotham when he heard people starting to scream around him. He goes to the nearest person to ask what's going on and it turns out that this charming gentleman crocodile is asking him why he's not afraid of his appearance.

Billy : Are you just a crocodile ? I know things are different in Gotham but this racism is ridiculous.

Waylon adores him and Billy talked Waylon into stopping by Fawcett for a visit. Discovering the culture Billy thinks he's been cut off from. Batman wonders why at the next meeting Captain Marvel is complaining about Gotham's racism towards non-humans.

I love stories where Billy and Danny faked a relationship and I always saw Billy as ace: Billy adopts Connor and always pretends to date Danny. Connor has two strange parents, physically younger and super powerful.

Connor thinks he saw Danny cheating on his father and he tells Billy. This is how he discovers the lie.

Captain Marvel is hit by a spell that is supposed to age people but the spell actually gives them a certain age. So Captain Marvel is a hundred years old, and that's very young for him. So the JL finds itself facing a champion who is a woman with not at all the same principles because at that time it was not a pure heart that was sought.

The champion is stuck for a while and agrees to work for his future self. Fawcett is informed. Except that this lady from the old days really likes feminism. Just a female Captain Marvel fighting for women's rights and feminists eating this shit up. She has no mercy and will threaten the government if necessary.

Marvel doesn't have body dysphoria. He has the habit of changing appearance and gender depending on his host and the world he is in. He is used to moving from one world to another and most of the time his body takes on the artistic affiliation of the world where he is. He also refuses to allow Billy to go into the world of cartoons because cartoons are very brutal for someone whose body does not follow the same physics.

So I'm just saying, Billy being a shapeshifter as a civilian so his gender transition can be complete whenever he wants it to be and to help him fight the dismorphia.

Ok so Billy is a journalist, a good one. But what if he had done other odd jobs. For example, he was an assistant in a tattoo parlor. He took care of the reception, the cleaning and sometimes the tattoo artist taught him a few tricks. He ends up becoming interested in it and in particular tattoos throughout history and the magic that is involved in it (Billy is an expert in ancient history and nothing will make me turn back).

He got a job as a tattoo artist in the magical world in addition to his job as a journalist and although he is very good he is little known since he does not advertise. However, he can get a little bit every month.

Batman's cape

We often see stories where robins hide in Batman's cape and so here is my suggestion: Mavrel enchants him. It magically makes it stronger against physical and magical blows. It makes it warmer and more comfortable. He makes it bigger so that there is room for the children without it becoming deformed, like a bottomless bag.

The instinct to hide under the cloak becomes more justifiable for Jason. Everyone goes under when there are explosions, the bullets ricochet off them and the weaker spell evaporates without leaving a trace.

Batman was difficult to convince but only one of his capes was enchanted and since his children were more protected he ended up accepting. He can also remove certain heating systems from his suit and therefore make it lighter. After some time Marvel ended up enchanting most of Batman's children's costumes to be stronger and warm or cold depending on the temperature. If it's a headcanon where Billy knows Alfred well, it's probably thanks to him that Captain Marvel had access to the costumes. Billy just suggested it after a mission and the butler doesn't have the same problem with magic if it's about protecting his family. The batfamily still has no idea how Alfred convinced the captain to do this or where he got the idea from.

Billy Batson adopts Danny. He becomes his guardian in an attempt by Danny to avoid the throne and eventually meets him in the form of Captain Marvel. He adopts it by accident. He may or may not also get custody of Danni.

Bonus: he also adopts Connor and finds himself with three children his age to take care of or barely younger. He still succeeds. He also has Raven.

I was thinking about what I would do if I had the chance to be the champion of magic and I think I would go to different schools in different worlds to get as many degrees as possible and at the same time I would study absolutely all magic cleaning. As if there was a cleaning spell of different intensity depending on what you are cleaning, the materials of the object, whether it is magical or not...

I was trying to get degrees because not being a good magician as a magic champion would suck but I really think my favorite magic would be household magic. Cooking food, doing laundry, cleaning the floor, washing dishes, repairing broken things, maintaining healthy plants... It would be really practical and so much faster. So, a Billy who specializes in domestic magic. He can live in a healthier environment, fixing up a place and cleaning won't take so long and he could quickly move on to something else and he could help people differently.

He could become a member of the housekeeping staff for an odd job, helping people at the soup kitchen by using magic to freshen up the appearance and durability of a garment. The homeless could have better hygiene and it would be a great help during clean-up efforts after destructive missions.

Just a specialization that seems simple but requires real effort and which highlights things that people tend to neglect or associate with less rewarding professions. A Captain Marvel who is really skilled with magic and picks out a few things he could use as Billy.

It's just there like BAM magic disinfectant, remember to hydrate yourself, separate white from black.
