Someone at work has been a real prick to me lately and for the first couple of times i took it in stride because maybe she was having a bad day or I just couldn't read her.

But She kept being rude and I’m starting to get really tired of her. So today I was walking by her’s and a few other people and needed a label for something, and there were some right next to them to I reached over and said, “I’m gonna use one of these if it’s cool,” Which it was, because they had a ton and I know they didnt need them all and we’re supposed to share these things unless their needed for a specific reason.

And she just walks over to me and is like, “Don’t you have any of those at your station?” and, despite being bad at social qs, I knew she was being rude. Her tone and just generally her actions before made it obvious.

So instead of trying to explain anything or start a fight with her I said, “Yeah, I do.” because that answered the question she asked, and unless she wants to look like an asshole she can’t outright say “Well go to your own station and get them.” because the other two people were perfectly fine with me taking one.

So I wrote out my label under this tense silence while the women glared me down and said “Thank you!” as I walked back to my station.
