In that EWW AU I'm just imagining Weiss having one of her freak-out moments on Ruby and then Ruby finally seeming to get fed up and silencing Weiss... with her lips.
Riders On the Storm
Occasionally i spend time waiting for aircraft to arrive. Usually in one of those mysterious trucks that congregate around an airliner like piglets around their mother. Only we are feeding her, not the other way round. It being August in England, it’s raining, or about to rain, it’s been a typical day, sunshine and showers. However as happens every now or again the British weather is preparing to hike its skirts up and move out of its drizzly comfort zone. There is an abrupt darkening as a congregation of clouds gathers and prepares to deliver a bravura performance, the wind tugs briefly at the side of the truck as if experimenting with how heavy it is and can it be moved out of the winds way as it has serious bustling to do. Lightning, caught out of the tail of the eye so you don’t really see it, lights up the cab of the truck, and as the head swivels in the direction of the light the thunder cracks, then rumbles all around, as if circling the listener. Given such a build up, the rain is a third rate act, heavyish, with an attempt at hailstones, but the performance is overshadowed by the overture. All through the rain, running through my head is the descending scale, played by Ray Manzarek, from the intro to “Riders on the Storm” by the Doors. Sadly the rain has not the drama or the musicality of the mental accompaniment. With none of the drama of the opening act, the rain fizzles out, the clouds dissipate like the fans of a football team that has lost. Gradually clearing the sky, blue and sun return to steam some of the moisture off the tarmac, not in any dramatic way, a slow, boring way, this is the English Summer after all
People are the happiest when they feel loved. No matter how hard their life gets.
should I watch Attack on Titan?
You know what sucks...
When a friendship starts to fade... You can actually see the distancing between each other. It seems like it's all just a cycle to me. You meet someone new, get close to them, they become a huge part of your life, and then suddenly when you least expect it... They're gone.. At times, it's so gradual you don't even notice it at first. But then it suddenly hits you in the face. You somehow distanced yourself from that friend. You don't know how or when it happened. You just don't know what to say anymore. You run out of things to talk about. No matter how close you were with this person before, when you start to feel the distancing, it all hurts just the same.
