Today, I made the decision to attempt a rescue after I saw that other drivers were being completely oblivious to what was happening on the road right in front of them. Unfortunately, I was too late and the disgusting images are still burned into my mind so much so that I really don’t want to think about them to write specifics into this posting. I cannot believe that the drivers today could be so blind and that no one else even made an attempt to slow down, avoid, or stop, only myself. I don’t really know what I would have done, but I am saddened that I was to late and didn’t even get the chance to find out. Today’s random act of kindness: attempting a rescue.
