Responsibilities

Regularly communicate with assigned accounts

Expectation setting and negotiate priorities appropriately are expected by managing customers

Being an escalation contact for customer support issues.

Serve as a reliable, accessible and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matters or on implementation progress

Maximize the customer satisfaction and profit while keeping the pre-sales and operation in good shape.

Communicate and coordinate well between departments, including sales and marketing, operations, infrastructure, product teams

Balance the expectations from different teams and customers.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology;

At least 3 years of experience in ISPs, MSSPs, hosting providers, or Internet solution vendors;

Solid experience and knowledge in TCP/IP, IGPs, BGP, GRE and DNS is a must;

Experience in BGP peering/transit routing policy management and tuning is a must;

CCNP/ JNCIP certificate is an advantage;

Experience in planning, configuring and troubleshooting SP networks is preferred;

Experience and knowledge on DDoS mitigation technologies and solutions is a huge plus;

Expertise on technical implementation

Strong customer and operation sense.

Both technical and customer oriented

Possess an excellent teamwork spirit

Sound knowledge on modern Internet technologies and businesses;

Excellent presentation and communication skills;

Good command of both English and Chinese;

Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Excellence in project and time management;

Occasionally travel to other offices or customer sites.
