Chapter 370+ Spoilers Mentioned
We already know from Nagant that AFO can set these contract explosions when he gives someone a quirk. Spinner, who we know was given at least one, has the risk of also having that same contract too. If he does it's clearly under different circumstances than Nagant. Because Spinner isn't going to betray the league and he doesn't seem the type to really betray AFO. And I'm not sure the reason AFO would pick but if it did go off, he's in an interesting place currently.
That hospital is full of people, all the heroes charging after him (including Present Mic) and Kurogiri. The explosion could go off after awakening Kurogiri allowing an easy escape. But wouldn't it be shitty to have Present Mic watch a building come down on top of his nomufied buddy Oboro. He wasn't there with Aizawa. That's it. That's my whole point for this post.
