Jacob Tierney talking about how he chose the music for Heated Rivalry. So happy that they got Sealion woman by Feist. They knew that trying to get the rights for the original song by Nina Simone would have been a nightmare. Jacob also didn't want to go after music that was showing up on every other show. The show didn't have the budget to go after the $200,000 song which is actually a good thing. The score for Heated Rivalry is unique because Peter Peter had never composed one before. Jacob didn't want that uniqueness to be drowned out.
