Super fun and simple color wheel that looks like a work of art! We measured out the spacing, wrote which colors go where, then cut strips of each color from old magazines to glue on. Filled in primary colors first, then secondary, then tertiary. Having a weekly nature day has been so rewarding in ways I can not even describe. . We were downstream with a group of friends and I let my 11 yr old son wander off for a bit. He came back telling me I HAD to come with him! The further we went, I began telling him we were too far and should go back. He insisted, just a little further, up one more steep slope... Glad I indulged him & trusted (barely) him to drag me so far. SO worth it! Even a rainbow! We have been indoors too much out of the cold. Today we bundled up and went on an outdoor adventure. Hiked up where there was frost and a tiny bit of snow after the recent little bit of rain we had. Even the tiniest leaves were amazingly beautiful.
