A short and sweet follow-up to book one. I just wish I got it off hold sooner. I also feel like we could've fit in just a few more cute coupley moments.

I am actually really sad because I heard 1.5 had Julien's POV but I thought they meant his POV for the events of book 1... so I wasn't expecting a pre-college tour. That's fine too I suppose...

I love that their dynamic doesn't change too much, even if I can't quite understand it. Julien's obsession is cute too.

I don’t think I ever truly understood the phrase “there’s a fine line between love and hate” until now. A very sweet, very cute read, even if the secondhand embarrassment was painfully real.

I'm not exactly sure why this isn't a 5 for me- it just wasn't. I was pretty hooked, but IDK. Maybe it's the YA, or there was some secondhand embarrassment with the FMC.

I dont often get annoyed at characters and their flaws, but just the YA of it all made her mistakes and errors very cringe. But I get it, at that age it is easy to be impulsive.

And I don't know how Julius does it, where it seems like he was in love with her long before Sadie realizes herself, but he still goes hard on the teasing and takes Sadies' hate yous like a champ. I really want to read the 1.5 with the Julius POVs.

The resolutions with her friends and classmates were pretty nice, though. The execution of conflicts were done as well as I would expect.
