Leftover pot roast is one of my favorite things. Our favorite way to use up these leftovers is to reheat it on the stove with some pepperchinis (idk how to spell that), some beef broth and cook it down for about 20 minutes. After that I broiled some buns to get them crispy, added the meat mixture then topped the sandwiches with some pepper jack cheese. Can you tell my husband made dinner tonight? 😆 He wanted to try making a brisket for the first time and it was so yummy. He kinda outdid himself. He used a dry rub and cooked it low and slow all day.
