Tomorrow is my last day of #grouptherapy for Bpd. I feel really sad to be leaving but also very thankful for the time that I have spent in the group. I have met a lot of really interesting and kind people whilst undertaking #mbt and my therapist has been AMAZING! One of the most helpful things I have learnt is the importance of being kind to yourself. I recognise that I still have a lot to work on and that living with Borderline is difficult but I am so grateful for the chance to learn new skills and apply them to my life.

I LOVE THE NHS!!! 😍😍😍 This my friends, is the face of someone whose life was saved due to their knowledgeable and swift action. I contracted food poisoning which showed up on Friday morning, began vomiting blood on Friday night. Which forced my amazing Mum to call an ambulance, which arrived within 5 minutes and the paramedics jumped straight into action! Within minutes they had taken blood sugars and come up with a diagnosis, which was later confirmed by the amazing staff at ST George’s Hospital A&E, who once had stabilised me, transferred me to ICU to a great night team who immediately got to action making a treatment plan and 1-2-1 monitoring me. After spending two night and days under the watchful eyes of an amazing team I have now been transferred to a ward to be monitored and wait for release...Grateful is an understatement!!! #Ilovethenhs #princessravi #princessravitastic (at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) https://www.instagram.com/p/COqdqccFFQk/?igshid=1411n625evm4v
