Mc:

Was almost forced into an arranged marriage when they met thier LI

From the start it’s a wirlwind letters passed in secret places... loose bricks,understairwells. Through the baker who lived down the street.

Thier LI asks them to save themselves time work with them as thier apprentice and skip the secret meetings so they do.

When MC realizes they have tuberculosis it’s almost too late the scrawl a desperate letter in ink and has thier L.I.’s familiar deliver it along with a singular red rose.

The second the letter is read thier L.I. Rushes out to see them. Tears streaming... the horses carrying the carriage speeding hoof sound against road.

Just as they go in they only see a singular sight the baker weeping... he had went to deliver you pumpkin bread ,but you were gone.

You’re LI just stands there in shock .... they failed you... they weren’t there they should have been.

So when you come back it’s a shock to all except Asra (who is relieved.) However the fact everyone had forgotten for a while bothered them.

Asra:

Asra and Muriel would have originally worked as children in an old textile mill before escaping.

They would have tricked the owner of the mill into thinking that they were being haunted by the ghost of somebody the mill owner ha wronged... from there word got around Asra was spiritually gifted.

Julian is still a doctor however he travels from home to home..due to the spread of tuberculosis.

Still does theater sometimes he asks the other actors to adapt the books he’s read into plays.

When he hears of MCs death ..... he cries drinks,self loathes repeats.

He also is intrested in crime reports and murder investigation to the point where he dabbled in being a medical examiner... but got too freaked out by Oof killers... what if they come after Maz or Pasha.. or MC

Speaking of which when he rembers MC came back from the dead he wonders if they are a vampire since they died of consumption when they laugh and say no he’s secretly relieved.

Nadia:

Her father has a huge estate due to owning a fairly successful buisness.

She’s been taught every skill and mastered them with grace.

Her marriage with Lucio was arranged and done out of duty however she wasn’t a doormat she knew when to stand up for herself.

Is a bit Jane Austen obsessed. (Honestly she also doesn’t mind a bit of Victor Hugo either her and Julian discuss this at length.)

Enjoys art especially innovative pieces she likes romantism and Impressionism best.

She donates a great amount of her time and money to the destitute in Vesuvia

Ilya x Mc birthday headcanons

You bet you’re ass once he bought the ship he keeps talking about Mc gets the crew of it to prepare a surprise Ilya themed talent show in which they shapeshift into Him while Portia and Mc do a skit about the siblings.

Believe me this boy is Spoiled TM because he deserves it.... and doesn’t believe he does. Pancakes check, lobster dinner check,...red velvet cake check....

If in Vesuvia Mc and Ilya start out at thier shared home before going to Mazelinkas to celebrate with Maz and Portia.

Maz gives him a proper pirate suit she had made as he’s finally taking control of is life.

Portia starts out by giving him a free ticket to not be heckled ,but then hands him a tiny compass made of nevion steel. She explains Nadia helped her get it ,and it’s a replica of the one Maz used when they were kids that Ilya would “steal” and look at for hours on end before Maz came looking for it.

After that Ilya and Mc head to the palace to celebrate with Nadia ,Asra,Pasha comes too.

Nadia gives Julian a full pardon from any crimes the thinks he’s committed on Vesuvian soul. As well as a small property to operate as a medical practice should he accept her offer.

Asra gives Julian a few things first his own proper book of spells and rituals so that he and Mc can stop borrowing and scribbling in his. Second a small leather journal so Julian can write down his adventures with Mc.... (And so that maybe just maybe Asra can read it and live it vicariously through him.)

Main 3 After game headcanons

Julian/Mc:

I feel like they’ll end up in Vesuvia again at some point. (Even in Reverse I think the main crew would have a really hard time leaving them down there.)

Julian,Mc,Maz ,and Portia absolutely go traveling the world together... they drag along Nadia after a while too... Asra also ends up coming because Nadia and Mc came.

Thisss boii freaks out about the Proposal he does it in the most dramatic way ever.... he writes a play for the community theater about the trail and in the epilogue he whips out the ring shaking about it.

Maz marries them in the garden they hid in when they met the second time.

Mc has to remind him to stop working a lot however it can tend to go both ways. It gets to a point where Maz basically runs an intervention.

House hunting in Nevivion is tough at first... obviously they want a beach view with enough room for a medical practice for Julian they know they need it so that they can come and go as they please. Both of them agree to make the nursery the corner room with the windows. After their child passes infancy before then they keep thier child in the room with them just in case.

They also end up getting Mc into community theater they practice together... however Mc ends up getting scooped up as a regular.

Asra

Mc and Asra stay some nights at the shop and some at the palace... Again I don’t think thier reversed route is final Aisha and Salim are too strong especially combined with Asra and Mc.

The proposal is casual as shit but equally as extra.... Asra starts pretending to freak out because Faust is choking on something... so naturallly Mc jumps into action... when Faust spits ring out and tilts her head... Marry? Asra then tells Mc he’s had that thing since they were his apprentice he had meant to do it before when they were a thing earlier but then Mc died and ... however when Aisha sees Mc in a flashy ring she asks Asra why he didn’t just give Mc her ring. So Asra takes the ring he gave Mc and gives MC Aisha’s ring.

They keep the shop but they end up buying a house in edition so Aisha ,and Salim can stay over.

Asra and Mc ,become really well known for Magic more well known than they were. They travel to multiple courts and kingdoms as consultants on Magical matters. Faust doesn’t mind as long as there are gardens.

Nadia

This girl ok Mc ,becomes incredibly popular as a ruler. However Nadia works to teach them the grace ,and decorum of ruling. Also dont think Nadia stays as the devil forever she’s too nice and Asra and Portia wouldn’t let that stand.

Nadia ,and Mc redecorate a few things as well as place a lot of importance on revitalization efforts.

Nadia and Mc discuss many positive changes to the country including donating funding for homes for the homeless. As well as they consult Asra on orphanage policies to make the system better.

Nadia and Mc often host Nadia’s family especially in ways to better Vesuvia-Pakra relations.
