You write german toby, now it is time to choose his dialect. Does he say moin, servus, or Grüß gott? Is he a fischkopp or a ruhrpottkind? As a northern german myself im obviously biased.
Berlin is also known for its absolutely incomprehensible and hilarious regional dialect.
Also how would he react to his so being a fellow german, perhaps one with a very broad northern tongue? Asking for no particular reason.
