Be really slow and intentional w all of these moves { these vids are sped up - so move slowwwwwww and you’ll feel the burn} - extended crunch x16 - static hold w deadbug x8/side - crunch w 3 adductor squeezes x8 total - elevates alt leg lifts {keep lower ribs on the mat} x 16 total - adductor squeeze and hold extensions x16 .
