#7minutesoffitness Challenge Starting on June 13th, I will be starting the #7minutesoffitness Challenge! For the next 100 days, I will be doing at least 7 minutes of exercising or outdoor walking. I have put on some weight from not being active enough during this #quarantine and it is time to get #quarantlean. Over the next couple of weeks, I challenge you increase your time slowly until you get to your desired workout time. You want to avoid processed foods during this challenge. I highly recommend following the Dr. Sebi nutritional guidelines. I personally create a lot of meals from the @alkalinebeyondvegan and @bobo_cooks cookbooks if you are looking for great #alkaline meal inspiration.
