I am on day 6 of a 21 day challenge group. I have been wanting something to restart my fire. With everything in my life I was getting so burnt out that I wasn't taking care of me anymore. I started eating poorly again and stopped working out much. So I decided to jump all in and do a 3 week reset on my fitness. It has been so hard and so amazing. I've done 5 days of pressing play, getting my nutrition in and working my butt off.
