Life update 💚

I've been doing pretty well. I've been sober for 1 and a half weeks now. No alcohol, no weed. At first I felt really anxious but not anymore, I feel pretty good. I havent smoked in.. 4 weeks now.

I have a drugtest in couple of weeks, I asked for more time to get negative results from my doctor and she agreed. She knows I smoke so she understood that I want to try and give negative results for once. Last time cannabis was positive, not suprised though.

Medication atm

Abilify 5mg (morning meds)

Venlafaxine 150mg (morning meds)

Diazepam 10mg (for panic and anxiety attacks)

Imovane 7,5mg (sleep)

Quetiapine 500mg (sleep)

Abilify has worked well, I feel alot better in the morning and dont get as anxious during the day as I used to. Life feels nice again. 🤗

The THIRD time I switched pills.

Lets make a small summary of the pills I went on and off. I feel like it could be a whole novel. For someone like me who'd never taken a pill regularly in their lives, this is definetly new. I started off with Celexa and Imovane. My doc added Ativan and upped the Celexa to 40mg. She then added wellbutrin to my celexa 40mg. So by then, I was about 3 months into my depression. I had celexa, wellbutrin, imovane and ativan. The Wellbutrin made me totally nuts. So we stopped it and the first psychiatrist switched my antidepressants for the THIRD time. So we stopped wellbutrin. Started Seroquel and effexor. Also prasozine (to help with the nightmares). The seroquel made me zombie like never before!!!! I felt like I didn't even realize when I was awake and asleep!! A month later we stopped the seroquel. And continued everything else. Summary: Pantoloc: for stomach Effexor: antidepressant Celexa: antidepressant Prasozine: for nightmares Imovane: to sleep Ativan: for panic attacks. Are you following??? Are you??? Im not. Haha. All that being said... nothing seems to work. Which is desperating. I wonder if anyone saw some improvements with any of these meds. Am I normal? (Well clearly not. But you know...)

Medication and daily life

Abilify 15mg

Venlafaxine 150mg

Quetiapine 600mg

Melatonin 6mg

Imovane 7,5mg

Diazepam 10mg

Little medication changes. Abilify went from 5mg to 15mg and the rest is the same. I have a headache and I'm really tired, my doctor said that it would happen since 5mg is still a low dose. I take Imovane and Diazepam if needed.

I need to stay awake today, I'm picking up food from the social services that give out bags of food twice a week. I hope there's something else than just bread.. Ive been eating plain bread for week and a half now. *sigh* I hope it gets better from now on. Thank fuck my meds are free for me.

Had a call appointment with my new doctor yesterday. She increased my quetiapine from 650mg to 850mg and she prescribed me Imovane for sleeping. I haven't gone to the pharmacy to get Imovane yet since I want to see how drowsy quetiapine makes me.

I woke up around 10:30am, usually I wake up around 7-8am. So I guess they're helping. I've been binge watching South Park and dozing off every now and then. Our cat is sleeping next to me, its nice to stay home.
