I don't know if I said this on here before, but I think that the most effective punishment that Light could have ever gotten was to win and just, rule the world. Because he would have gone absolutely fucking insane, this guy hates everyone he's around all the time and he gets so bored so incredibly easily. And the way he wanted to rule was from the Shadows. Do you want to know what that means? Middle men. Probably really insufferable brown-nosing Middle Men, and a lot of them. Light's victory as Kira, god of the new world and ruler of the Earth, would have been filled with emails, phone calls, and dealing with the most inane bureaucracy the world could possibly conceive cuz I just know there would have been someone in there that just wanted to fuck everything up for him and so they would send him the most egregiously stupid paperwork to have him fill out and I think it would have been the most miserable existence and it would have been everything he deserved. I could not think of a better way to make a man reflect on himself and repent than to give Light Yagami exactly what he wanted because I don't think this guy really understands what it would have been like to be in charge of humanity in all of its chaotic glory. All that plus no L to entertain him for the rest of his life? He'd be begging for death. I'm talking grey at 30, withering into a husk. Death was too easy on him. i love him dearly but he deserved to suffer with a greek mythology level of irony

I give in. I surrender. I've been suffering with this dastardly migraine now for three whole days and it has shown no sign of letting up. I was hesitant to bother you and the other segments but my vision/work has been suffering for it and pain killers have done nothing but dull the ache for an hour or so. Sleep is also avoiding me. Is there anything that the wonderful mind of you and the segments could come up with to help? Currently trying the cold cloth to the eyes and head.

I would suggest you make your way down to the lab so I or one of the others, if necessary, may further assess your condition. 35 has also recently developed a new painkiller for you, so we could provide you with those should you wish. Additionally, 25 has a sensory deprivation room or two in his section of the lab that could easily be made more comfortable for you as well. Do not attempt to bring any of your work down with you, or I will take it from you. I think Severus/Regulus has potential but too many of y’all make the dynamic about how Severus is like the all around top asshole in charge or whatever just because he’s older and like Regulus is just a little brat following him around which doesn’t make any sense because do you really think Spare Heir to the House of Black Regulus has any respect for the unanimously bulled ugly and poor halfblood Severus??

They’re dynamic is at its best when it’s Regulus blatantly using Severus, like he’s not even putting up a front about it he needs a potion and Severus is simply the best at them. Severus is lonely and a bitch and Regulus knows how to deal with him without getting upset with him and also he’s beautiful and also being near him makes Sirius mad so Severus falls very hard and very fast. Like I’m thinking:

And yes I know Severus is also a little bitch who wouldn’t be caught dead being sweet to anyone for any reason but I’m not saying he is.
