Why Your Memory Is Getting Worse (And How To fix it FAST)
How to Study with Improved Memory
Study Plan Mastery is a Must
Every student, particularly high school and college students, know that studying is essential to success. Although it is essential to success, it seems as if one must study how to create a study plan in order to actually perform the task! Everyone wants to do well, but not everyone has an effective study technique or plan. There are various tricks and techniques out there for studying and most of them do work. We will examine those tricks and techniques along with a study plan guide that has been researched, and that I personally find very rewarding. This is your guide to study plan mastery.
Tips and Tricks: Study Plan Ideas
Some of the the tips and tricks for studying seem a little bizarre, but numerous people swear by them. These techniques include studying while sleepy, wearing a certain scent, listening to music, chewing gum, writing things out, and quizzing a friend. all of these have explanations attached to them, arguing why they actually work. I have tried most of these tips and techniques and I will share my findings with you.
When you sleep, your brain moves important memories into what's known as your long term memory. This is why many people believe that whatever you do before you fall asleep will be remembered. There are also counterclaims that if you are too tired to focus 100% on the task at hand before sleeping, you will not remember anything. When I tried this technique, I found the latter to be true. It also took me much longer to study the material being that I could not focus. I felt as if it took me a long time just to read the text. On top of that, being tired made it harder to keep my mind from wandering onto other things. Once I felt as if I had studied the material well, I decided it was time to sleep. When I woke up, I tried quizzing myself to see what I had remembered. It turned out that I could only remember the things I had read when I first began studying. Anything after that was just bits and pieces. I do believe there is some truth to this method working, but it would probably be more effective to study and then stay awake for a period of time afterwards before sleeping.
