Credit to @trudy_tri_run : 5,000m @ 1.34/100m avg pace. Today was a huge breakthrough. My fastest 100m was 1.32. Today I did a 1.28 & a 1.29 and the rest were between 1.30 & 1.34 (30 in total). 5 weeks until and I’m feeling strong. posted on Instagram - http://bit.ly/2Au6Asf
