2023 was the toughest year of my life so far i think 🥺 lots of realizations, lots of enduring, feeling stuck, and lost. not so much big changes externally, but i think within myself, there's been some form of mindset shift? like everything i ever knew just kinda... crumbled down? but!! good things have come out of it, i'd like to think! i've aligned with my bf a lot in terms of future stuff & our relationship's grown to be the best it's ever been 🥺
i am entering 2024 a bit anxious but hopeful, and excited to just build myself up again!! bc the possibilities are endless!! a goal of mine this 2024 is to think less and do more!! i also want to read more books and hopefully get back into yoga 🥺 fixing my sleep sched would also be really good 🥲
