Meeting with HR about alli in the next few days 🤭 I was very hesitant to bc I’m not facing the worst of her wrath right now but I realized it’s only a matter of time before I look at her wrong and she decides she wants me gone. Going to bring up the way she talks to everyone but also the way she speaks about men and children too. Because as someone whose worst nightmare is having a baby the way she talks about children (both client’s AND our coworkers’ kids) is disgusting. Like hello? Are we forgetting children are arguably the most vulnerable group of people on the planet? Have you forgotten you were once a child?

it is genuinely infuriating how many people grasp the concept of "there are several different sects of christianity, some of which are conservative and controlling, but others which are more progressive, and you can't treat the whole religion as a monolith", but absolutely cannot wrap their minds around the idea that islam, the second-biggest religion in the world, is also not a monolith.

love the fake wokeness of tumblr rpc. so many posts about wanting more female muses but whether it is on this blog or my now archived smaller multimuse my female muses were the ones that got the least attention, even when I did a ton of reaching out first.

the same can be said about all the people who want more bipoc in dc but then don't interact with my dc characters who have bipoc faceclaims.

seeing ppl almost unanimously support trans men after the bullshit that transphobic blue girl was spouting, it just made me realize that we will never be able to have a productive conversation abt transmisogyny or transandrophobia on tumblr. it's too damn white here. all the popular phrases that go around here would be easily disproven if there were enough trans poc on here to call this shit out. that's why twitter was able to catch on to what are essentially dogwhistles so quickly

and then when we do try to speak up about it, y'all are fucking dying to defend racist white trans bloggers. i know that's something they're never going to check, either, bc this site has convinced you that being trans makes up for it.

nine times out of ten, race affects how you're treated in life and how you move through it more than anything else, including a queer identity. but nobody here can fucking address that, instead y'all go around saying stupid shit like '(white) trans women are treated like black people,' and ONLY on tumblr will ppl agree with you.

all these things, 'masculinity is always rewarded/non feminine trans women are caricatures/trans men benefit from the patriarchy/transfems are still male socialized' this is just white tumblr bullshit completely excluding the experiences of trans poc. go outside and ur gonna find no one fucking believes these things, im dead fucking serious. ur terminally online and ur also racist.

talking to white queers was always hard but talking to tumblrs version of them.... i mean there's no fucking point. you have nothing of value to say if the only reason you've brought up poc in ur fake ass activism is just to talk over them. and that's most of this website. you are a sickening group of people that makes nazis blush when you open your mouths and the only way you will ever be called out for it is when you log off and try to repeat the same things.
