I shipped Bensler (and even Rollisi) I don't get why the writers have to show these couples reuniting by disrespecting the previous relationship If they wanted a death for Stabler They could have shown one of the kids die His wife could be out of the picture But they did this instead which looked like she did not matter Or he could be coming to NYC to avenge her death after 1-2 year Someone got killed which led to the SVU reunion, same premises just better optics Sorry for rambling

Yeah no, I feel you. It’s like…it’s like a fanfic trope tbh. It’s something I’d expect to read in fanfics, where a lot of the time, the characters (or character x reader) just…get together. I’m not saying that’s a bad thing, just that it’s…a fanfic thing, not something in canon. But at the end of the day, the writers are gonna write what they want.

I so love the fact that with every WillxHanni conversation you can just freely switch up their lines and it would still make perfect sense (I mean as much sense as any conversation can make on this metaphors and horny mythological analogies ridden show). You can even swap only a half of it, go back to the original order, mix it only in the middle- still works
