Can we acknowledge sometimes safe foods can be a bad thing? My safe food was salmon/tuna for a few months and I nearly got poisoning from how often I was eating it

( Not saying all safe foods are bad – a lot aren’t – but too much of a good thing can be bad and not all safe foods are biscuits or something that won’t do much harm even in large quantities other than give you a deficiency )

( accommodate for your or your child’s safe food but make sure it’s not gonna harm them if they eat it everyday as well )

it’s currently 3:12 am and thought I was going to go to sleep at 1:40 after constructing one gok-do and six shin-kals for me and my sisters halloween costume, but then my coffee induced brain told me to get back on the floor of my room and make rumi’s saingeom and at 2:37 I finished the blade and handle… except when I got up and ran through my mental checklist- I realized I had math hw and the homework was on our lesson from today (WHICH I DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TOOO), but it was surprisingly easier than I thought it was! now the time is 3:17 and I still can’t go to sleep
