Getting teary eyed
and emotional after reading all these beautiful, positive birth stories in Ina May’s book. They give me so much confidence in my own womanly strength and fill me with such a joy in knowing the experience of birth is something I was made to be capable of. Without hospitals or doctors, just the coaching and support of my midwife and a reliance on my own inner strength. What an incredibly blessed thing. My heart is bursting with joy for the little life growing inside me, and for the peace I feel in knowing I will be ready bring it into this world when the time comes.
