Astro Observations #7: 18+

some ideas of mine. a lot of these are specific (from personal experiences) may not relate to you, but enjoy if they do. thx!
Virgo placements are I believe some of the most socially observant. (especially if Scorpio is somehow involved & especially how they pay attention to a love interest.) The way I think of it is, their Mercury influence gives them the ability to pick up on patterns in communication/verbal information, while the earth influence allows for an awareness of physical information and body mannerisms. Virgos will notice the way you blink too frequently when you're nervous, which leg you tend to hold your body weight on, and the phrases you revert to when you're not sure what else to say.
Scorpio placements might go about gauging someone's attraction by saying something very vaguely sensual (sometimes, but often not directly suggestive or s*xual.) The type of comment that could easily fly under the radar, so to speak. The Scorpio person will watch their love interest's reaction closely, and be able to tell how they received it by their response. it may be quite hard to catch by the other person, but looking back you may ask yourself why someone would choose to say that phrase in such a way. However it's important to note they are often extremely careful with their words and will certainly not do this with just anyone. In my experience this only happens when they can already sense that this other person is safe and will treat them with respect. They may have the history of saying somethings that are wrongly taken by another as s*xual, which led them to feel uncomfortable or unsafe. As a result, Scorpios may become quite hyper aware of their choice of words and will never say something that could even possibly be twisted as suggestive to someone they sense might have too strong of a reaction or treat them with disrespect. In some ways, I feel that having Scorpio energy in a chart is like living with the volume quite amplified. They are often drawn to those who have quiet or internal reactions. (not just because of the stereotype that they like "mystery.") ..it is sometimes quite intrinsically easy for them to read others and pick up on subtly, because of this a strong or more external reaction can feel uncomfortable, dangerous, overstimulating, or just tmi.
The way I feel; Inconjunct/quincunx signs are important. If you think of each planetary placement as a rising sign the signs inconjunct to it would represent the 6th and 8th house - our daily habits, persona, and routine & a core part of our identity that is accessed through deep intimacy and transformation. Just how it's helpful to look to your opposite sign for balance, I see inconjunction as helpful to understand who you are.
I sometimes get the feeling that Mercury ruled signs (gemini&virgo) are deeply mysterious, although they may come off as quite the opposite. These signs are extremely communicative, but strangely all the while they may reveal very little about themselves. In my experience with Virgo, they are very inquisitive, caring, and are eager to offer up advice. however, down the road I may realize I don't quite have a full picture of all that goes on in their life or how they truly feel. With Gemini, they can turn any topic no matter how seemingly small or detailed into an interesting conversation, and love to talk about the quirks of their everyday life. However, I get a strange feeling something is missing from my understanding of them.
If you are looking to invite an Air Moon to open up to you emotionally: in my experience, don't ask them to meet you..call them on the phone! (**not video or facetime) Vice versa, if you're an Air Moon and feel you are craving a more intimate conversation, but struggle to open up, I'd suggest a phone call.
