I don’t trust anyone who completely forgets about how tragic and horrible Ursa’s backstory was in favor of putting her down as a parent. Yeah, she fucked up and wasn’t the best to either Zuko or Azula, but she was also forced into an abusive relationship for around a decade and required to have children in that relationship against her wishes. Expecting her to be a Katara-level mother in this situation is laughably unrealistic and unequivocally dumb on your behalf. Because of YOUR favoritism and ignorance YOU are blaming Ursa, even though OZAI was the one who hurt all of them. And you should definitely consider changing your mind about that.

what she means: when Zuko was travelling alone through the earth kingdom and he taught that little boy how to use dual swords, he tried to give him Iroh's pearl dagger, his prized possession. After Zuko protected the whole village from corrupt earthbenders, the boy threw Zuko's gift back in his face and said he hated him. Does Lee ever hear about the firelord's dedication to peace and equality and regret that time that he broke the trust of a lonely teenager?
