This Peach Parfait is a delicious treat that has creamy Chobani Greek Yogurt, sweet peaches, crunchy pistachios, and rich dark chocolate. It has just the right amount of sweetness and chewiness for a tasty breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients: 2 cups Chobani Greek Yogurt. 4 ripe peaches, diced. 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup granola optional, for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine Chobani Greek Yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Layer the bottom of serving glasses or bowls with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture. Add a layer of diced peaches on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle a layer of chopped pistachios over the peaches. Add another layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the pistachios. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips over the yogurt layer. Repeat the layers until the glasses or bowls are filled. Top each parfait with a dollop of yogurt, a few extra peach slices, and a sprinkle of granola if desired. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld together. Serve chilled and enjoy!
