[Headcanon]

Headcanon that Nico usually buy the medical supplies for Camp Half-Blood infirmary.

Since his dad is the god of riches,and he has multiple black credit cards with unlimited money,Nico doesn't mind buying expensive supplies for the infirmary if it's help Will in his work (and keep more demigods alive-). And while Will try multiple times to make him stop,because he doesn't want Nico to use so much of his money for things that he should pay as the head medic,Nico won't listen to him. He continue to buy supplies for the infirmary and everytime make sure they are always more expensive from the previous ones,only to annoy Will. He always succeeds.

For this reason,Kayla and Austin have taken the habit to give Nico a list of the medical supplies they need or might need in the future. They usually try to sneak in some other stuff that aren't about the infirmary,but they like or want. Nico always buy everything that it's on the list,even the things he know shouldn't be there and that Kayla and Austin wanted for themselves. For this reason,the Apollo Cabin and the infirmary (together with the Hades Cabin) are almost full of expensive stuff bought by Nico. Kayla and Austin love him for this while Will most of the time is just done with all of them,even his boyfriend.

They are chaotic in-laws your honor.

And neither Chiron or Mr.D try to stop this because,thanks to Nico,it's more easy to buy supplies for the camp.
