Te: We have to follow the project outline I designed. First we do step A then step B, and so on.
Fi: Perfect.
Ne: But thats sooooo boring. I won't do it. Let's wait until I have a magic burst of inspiration!
Te: NO! We won't wait until you feel inspired.
Fi: Just get started Te.
Te: Great.
Later...
Te: I'm very tired. I'll rest for while and let Ne on the front.
Fi: Fine. I just hope this doesn't backfire somehow.
Ne: Yay! I won't fail. *Proceeds to advance quickly but ends up diverting the course, touches topics that weren't planned and generates a bunch of new ideas*.
Si: Just stop right there Ne! You've made progress, but does this still fits the main objective? Let's reflect on the project for a moment.
Ne: Uh oh, ok.
Si: We can still pull this through, now follow my lead. We're going to meticulously develop those new ideas you developed and justify them perfectly.
Ne: *Gets nervous* I shouldn't have diverted the course even though it was fun. Now there's extra work and Si wants to keep me on a leash.*Continues complaining for the rest of the project*.
Fi: Wow. That was stressful.
