To put it short: betrayal and anger is what she felt. But within all that she was mainly sad.
She just couldn't believe you! Of course you wouldn't always agree on everything but that was too much for her.
At many points she tried to prove her point and convince you to join her. But you could do that too.
Whether you did or not that wouldn't be a simple task, Ingrid can be very stubborn.
(If the issue is minor and you still see each other on daily basis) she won't lie she's mad at herself too. Letting something so small control her emotions and her ending up fighting with you.
She doesn't want to do that but she just can't help it but glare at you. Honestly she wants the entire thing to be over already.
(if it's something major and you can't see each other often) from the very start she was extremely worried and she can't stop thinking about your safety.

༓Dorothea Arnault
Dorothea enjoys it when she can spoil you, be it either gifts or doing your makeup which she’ll let you do happily in return if you want to.
Before you got together, you guys would have a sleepover, where you guys would do face masks and talk about gossip.
You might not notice it the first or second time, but Dorothea often hums and sings mindlessly more than the two of you got together.
She is playful and flirtatious and thus it goes without saying she’ll attempt to tease you be it through little touches here and there or the usage of seductive words. If you are a serious person, she enjoys seeing you blush but knows when to stop, if you are a playful or flirtatious person as well, it’s like a game between you guys.
She’ll open up to you about her fears of growing old and not having someone by her side, and if you tell Dorothea you’ll be that person she will tear up, Dorothea knows unfortunately well how creepy men can be towards beautiful youths. She will get fiercely protective of you if someone is creepy to you. However, if you get protective of her when it happens to Dorothea, she’ll laugh happily and call you her knight in shining armor.

Ingrid will take you flying if you want but expect her to be very cautious and strict before both of you take off, flying is such a dangerous thing and it makes her a little anxious to let you fly with her on the pegasus
She probably won't let you do her makeup and doll her up in outfits, but Ingrid will let you do her hair sometimes, as she finds it relaxing and it isn't as embarrassing as the other two so long as you keep it simple. If you ask her to do the same to you, Ingrid will refuse, not feeling comfortable doing it.
Likewise to Dorothea, before you got together, you guys would have sleepovers that either Dorothea, herself, or you suggested and on the days that you go over to Ingrid's room, sometimes you would "forget" your sleeping bag which always ended up with you sharing a bed, much to Ingrid's flustered state.
If both of you are dating, Ingrid's father will back off with sending so many married bachelors, but not fully, and on days where she is angry and won't tell you why, that's the reason. If both of you are married, Ingrid's father is going to be beyond happy which might be a little awkward.
Ingrid's favorite dates are either training together, which doesn't seem like a date or a lunch date where one of you guys would cook for the other. Regardless if you are a good or bad cook, Ingrid will eat it.
She will talk to you about her fears of not being good enough to protect loved ones and her dream of being a knight is to stop that. Ingrid will listen to yours with full focus if you tell her about yours.

Edelgard:
She is an alpha through and through. The Empire has always been run by alphas and she’s not going to break that tradition. She hates that it’s a requirement of course but she’ll use it to her advantage to help propel her plans for a new world.
Edelgard’s ruts tend to be very intense but never in a good way. Instead of getting horny, she’ll start to feel nauseous and is in bed more often than not. She quickly gets into a bad mood but tries not to show it. Everyone can tell of course, because her scent fills the hallway with angry alpha.
She treats you like gold, no matter what your secondary gender is. That fact that you’ve decided to align with her and her dreams for a better world say more than anything that your body could. Edelgard never wants her body to control her but she does enjoy scenting you and having you close. You’re her precious love and part of this new world is for you.
Dorothea:
Dorothea is a beta and though she doesn’t mind it overall there are some days that she hates it. It’s already difficult enough being a commoner but add in her beta status and no one gives her the time of day. It’s hard but she powers through it, using her status as a diva to help her out.
She has no problems dealing with heats or ruts, her nose not the most sensitive. It doesn’t usually get her in trouble but it also means that sometimes she can push too hard for people’s liking. Dorothea has a dream about falling in love with a rich alpha but that changes after the war. She doesn’t need an alpha, she just needs someone to love her. And having money isn’t a bad thing.
She likes to tease you more than anything. She knows that she’s beautiful and she doesn’t need anyone to tell her that. Dorothea likes to try and fluster you, especially if you’re trying to keep a cool head. She likes that she can make you smile and it helps her to show (not so subtly) that you’re together.
Ingrid:
Ingrid is a beta or an alpha, never changing anything about her personality. She can be the voice of reason for a group of unruly alphas or she’s one of the alphas with any common sense. Ingrid is the unfortunate friend who has to deal with everything, no matter what her gender is.
She is a fairly normal beta, her crest making people feel like she should be something else. Ingrid thinks that’s all B.S. but she can’t deny that deep down it might make her life easier. She has to be the wife of someone to help save her family but she doesn’t have the instinctual drive like other nobles. She makes up for it in heart and ignores everyone who says otherwise.
Ingrid needs someone to get her out of her own head and you do that. You always try to make her smile and laugh and it helps her to relax. She’ll always a ‘stick in the mud’ (according to Sylvain) but to you she’s strong and reliable. Through hell or high water Ingrid will be there and you wouldn’t have her any other way.
Mercedes:
She is another character that can do well in any type of secondary gender, bringing different elements to different points of a story. Mercy can be the sweet and gentle alpha who no one believes is actually an alpha. She can be the non-threatening and relaxed beta or the nurturing omega. She never loses her playfulness and gentle heart, though they come out in different ways.
Mercy as an alpha tends to keep that to herself. Annette’s beta scent can easily overpower Mercy’s and she’s content to let other people think that she’s also a beta. Her ruts are relatively mild and as long as she takes care of herself, there’s no threat of her going berserk. She’s a strong believer in people controlling their own emotions and that your secondary gender doesn’t excuse your behavior.
She loves to tease you in ways that other people might and might not pick up on. She’ll rub her wrists against your wrists, give you hugs from behind and generally enjoy your company. For those who don’t know that she’s an alpha (or that you’re together), this just seems like you’re really good friends. Mercy loves making their eyes go wide as she talks about the two of you being together.
