Absolutely hilarious that two major movies this year have a loser reddit guy as a main character and out of the two the Riddler comes out on top as a better dude than Harry Styles. Fucking superb.

An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works
In this chapter, Hank gets self-conscious about his singing voice.
Will Boyfriend help him through this crisis? Well, yeah, obviously.

Is there a word for when you’re jealous of your best friend’s new partner? Like, you wouldn’t want to date them in a million years, but you’ve gotten used to being the most important person in their life, and now you’ve been supplanted by some thoughtful and caring guy with adorable sweaters who is apparently good in bed and how are you supposed to compete with that?
Thoughts on doing art
Thinking on the good paper/ lined notebook post I reblogged a bit back, I wonder why this is so common.
I’ve noticed this happens to a lot of other artist or I guess that post wouldn’t have been so relatable?
Is it like sense of being under pressure to perform well, because with art it is/can be pretty private, like one is not always streaming or drawing in public, so why do we mess up on the nice paper? No one has to know like I scrap tons of crappy ( in my opinion ) art on medium or even good quality paper, that no one sees. I also keep a lot of crap and good stuff in cheap notebooks.it’s still likely I get a better drawing on lined paper, yay! For light tables I guess
But I’m like YIKES! If I mess up inking in a good moleskine, like I’ll be so very sad and going to give up art forever? I always gotten over that but some notebooks are only a few drawings on and abandoned because oh dear ! That piece of cloth has wrong looking folds and one toe looks off. I just feel so guilty and wasteful messing up on nice paper.
I also feel because people treat art as frivolous and not valuable maybe there is some guilt with the feeling af wasting resources? Even if art is what you do and nothing can be perfect without messing up?
Is this a reason for notebook/ sketchbook hoarding that is so common in artists?
