Hi if you want to join a kpop groupchat on insta, dm followingeveryaccpossible to join her gc ♡
Hey, so, I’m a cheap person. I don’t like spending a whole lot, I don’t have a lot to spend, and even when there’s a project or personal goal that I’ve wanted and saved up for, it can be hard for me to spend money on it.
So, one of the things that I do sort of as a hobby, is try out those “Free online make money” things. And since I’ve gone through the work of figuring out which ones are legit or not, and testing so many of them, I figured I’d share them with you, in case any of you would like some extra witching money.
Note: My intent here is NOT to pressure you into anything! I’m just offering these links because they’ve been useful for me, specifically. I’ve almost saved up enough for one of my bigger hobby projects, and it’s great.
Also, a disclaimer: Be over 18 if a site requires it, don’t open a paypal account if you’re a minor, be nice to people, etc. These sites are not a replacement for a job or any other way to earn money offline. They’re just something to do to earn a dollar or two if you’re bored/really need it/in your spare time.
Got that? Okay.
Part 1: Lockscreen Apps
These are apps that you download, and they create a fake lockscreen that you swipe past when opening your phone. The lockscreen displays ads, and they pay you a certain amount for using it. You don’t have to interact with the ads or anything, just swipe past them and then use your phone as usual.
(Just be careful to exclude them from any adblockers or battery-saving apps!)
You can use more than one at once. You should see the veritable maze of lockscreens someone would have to get through to open my phone, haha.
S’more
This app pays you $0.10 a day just for having it installed, and you can redeem for gift cards to Amazon, Target, Dominos, CVS, and others.
I installed this app in January, and then basically just ignored it until I wanted to get an amazon gift card. And as far as I can tell, there’s no minimum amount you need to cash out. It takes a while, but $0.70 a week adds up!

Slidejoy
Slidejoy is very similar to S’more, except it generally gives you fewer points per day, and the points can vary in amount. There are some days that it gives you more than S’more, but I haven’t experienced that very often. But still, it’s money you wouldn’t have had otherwise. (The link above leads to the sign-up page, since you have to have an account to sign into on the app.)
One of the cool things about this app though, is that it has options to directly donate to several charities, so even if you choose not to make money for yourself, you can still use it if you want to help out a charity.
Adme
This one pays even more than S’more, and you can change it to show a lockscreen, a fullscreen ad, or both. (Both earns more money, ‘course). I’ve earned about $0.15-$0.20 a day using this app.
The only downside that I’ve found to this one, is that it has a $10 limit before you can cash out. But, it definitely pays.

Part 2: Websites
There are a lot of sites out there that claim you can earn money for surveys, but these are my favorites out of the ones I’ve tried.
(InstaGC and DollarSurveys work with adblock on, but Swagbucks and their partners do not, at least not for some of their features.)
Swagbucks
Wow, this site has a lot of ways to earn stuff. Watch videos, play games, do surveys, go to websites, use their search engine, shop online, enter codes that they give out on social media, etc. And there are even bonuses for completing the daily to-do list, and for earning a certain amount for several days in a row, which is easy to do through surveys!
And right now they’ve even got a thing going on where if you do activities on their bingo-type board, they give you spins on a prize wheel, which has sweepstakes entries, points-doubling coupons, etc.
While I’ve been redeeming for Amazon gift cards, they have a buttload of options, and a lot of charitable options as well.
(Tip: Watching videos for points works better on their mobile app)
InstaGC
This website has a lot of ways to earn money as well, but I like it because of the simpler ones. Just go to the category called “Daily,” and it’ll list all of the surveys and activities you can do at least once a day.
(I’ve had the most luck with the LiveSample surveys.)
It’s got a cash-out minimum of $1, but considering the amount of available surveys, that’s nothing. Doing two surveys a day, I got a $10 gift card in five days, and there are tons of options for places to redeem them.
DollarSurveys
This is one that I’m kinda on the fence about now, but having been a regular user in the past, I know that they’re legit, and do pay out.
It used to be that you enter your paypal address, do a survey, and then within a couple of weeks, they pay you. Now, they’ve set a limit of $30 you have to reach before getting paid, but they also give you a $5 bonus to start.
Still though, considering that there are other websites that don’t have that huge limit, I haven’t been using DollarSurveys so much since the update.
Honorable Mention:
Google has an app called Google Opinion Rewards, where you answer questions to get small amounts of money. This is super useful if you tend to buy a lot of things from Google Play, but the credits can’t be redeemed for actual cash, just apps (and in-app purchases), music, movies, etc.
So, that’s my list of sites/apps for earning a couple bucks.
I hope they’re useful to you, because they have been to me. They help me fund my hobbies and interests, including my witchy stuff, when I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to.
