[ Gallus can be seen in the Tops Aces Theater sitting at the bar, either as a woman in a custom red dress or as a man in a custom suit. To recruit him you can either flirt with him with any of the four flirt perk or be part of the Mole in the Bull’s herd quest the last one is given by Vulpes suspecting a mole is within the Frumentarii ranks. He sends you to Gallus to inspect on the possibility of a mole.

Companion Perk: Disguise expert (Gallus can allow the player to change his gender and grants him automatic Black Widow/Confirmed Bachelor/Woman Killer/Cherchez la Femme perks

Companion Perk after Personal Quest (optional): In the Bull’s eye (Gallus keeps his perks but grants the ability to go unnoticed by vilified groups)

Companion Comments:

Use Melee: “No hard feeling, but I’d rather not get punched because of you, thank you very much.”

Use Ranged: “Rather noisy but safer”

Open inventory: "You better not rip a hole in my clothes, it’s a pain to fix” (Gallus will comment if his custom dress/suit aer taken from him)

Stay close: “I should get myself better dance partners”

Keep distance: “Why ? Am I not of your liking ?”

Be Passive: “I hope this only means I get to stab them when they look away.”

Be Aggressive: “As you wish, darling”

Wait here: “Be quick, I’m a busy man/woman”

Follow me: “Take the lead, dear”

Sneaking: “You speak my language”

“Let’s travel together”: “You could at least buy me a drink first”

“Let’s travel together” (already have a companion): “Do you have my drink this time ?”

Leaving companion at the Lucky 38: “Ah, I see you have very good tastes, my dear. Feel free to leave me here as long as you’d like”

“I wanted to ask you some questions”: “I am full of secrets and lies but ask away”

“Tell me about yourself”: “I am an excellent liar. This is all you need to know”

“What do you think of the NCR?”: “Fools, blinded by the illusions of an ideal Old World. Not of interest to me.”

“What do you think of the Legion?”: “No better than the NCR. But they do have some... convincing arguments.”

“What do you think of Mister House?”: “I like the man, he’s a megalomaniac wreck but I can relate.”

“What do you know about Benny?”: “You really got duped by this man ? *snickers*”

“What do you know about the platinum chip?”: “It opens the door to the vault beneath Caesar’s Fort, which I suspect is stuffed with weapons or the cure to death itself but the first is more likely.”

Death: “Curses !”

Trivia and additional information:

Gallus can be flirted with with any perk and seems delighted by it. He will comment negatively on the player’s use of chems and even insult them if they get addicted and will refuse to be flirted with as long as the player is intoxicated.

Unmarked Quest ( Optional )

Worms for my son : If you take the item ‘Fuzzy Worm’ from his inventory and give it to the Recruit named Caius Gallus will hand you a custom costume based on your current gender giving +2 charisma and +10 speech

Personal Quest

Quest Triggers: His quest is given through Vulpes after the first quest suspecting a mole within his ranks. He will send you to Gallus on the Strip reluctantly.

Quest Description: Gallus will join the character and give him a list of targets to interrogate, every times the target will deny being implicated but evidence like audio logs and notes linking them to each others can be found in :

the first target’s safe / Tops (audiolog talking about someone overthrowing Caesar and trying to join him)

The second target’s night stand / Vault 21 (note talking about a coup he’s involved in)

The third target’s pockets / Ultraluxe (crossed picture of Caesar with the note ‘I should lead’ on the back)

Outcomes: You can choose to either denunce/spare/ or kill the targets, Gallus advocates for the later. Denuncing and Killing end up pretty much the same except that Gallus will not gain his last perk and won’t give his final dialogue, sparing the targets leads to Gallus leaving the party and getting his bad ending.

Endings

Killing/Denunciation endings : Being rid of all the leads trailing back to him, Gallus could finally thrive, free of any oversight and jumping on the occasion provoked by the choas of the Second Hoover Dam Battle to take over Flagstaff according to his plans

NCR ending : Gallus is said to have sent a box of chocolate to General Oliver offering a peace treaty to which the General answered positively. Some say the box didn’t contain chocolates but blackmail)

Mr House : No one knows how Mister House and Gallus came in contact of each others or if they even did but the two forces agreed on a truce instantly. Some say they sighted the new leader of Flagstaff on the Strip and within the imprenetrable tower.

Independent NV : Both the groups, understanding of the need for independance called in a truce, the outcome depended only on the Courier (‘’’romance path’‘‘ The Courier and Gallus are said to have sent each other’s flaming letters across the years. Despite the seemingly large distance they still managed to plan some encounters as brief as they were burning.)

Legion ending : In the Chaos of the fight the Legion found themselves gaining a city and losing another. (Caesar is alive : The previous leader of Flagstaff entered a deep fury and sent his best assassins to Flagstaff only to be met by hard resistance, who came out victorious never came out of the Legion territory./ Lanius took over : The new leader of the Legion sent his troops to take over Flagstaff or destroy it only to find them joining his enemy’s ranks as they crashed the walls. In the end Gallus’ influence grew enough for Lanius to recognise his prowess and leave Flagstaff be after baring all treaders from entering the city, yet the city does not falter. Much to his dismay.)

Spare endings : uncovered Gallus had to hide away in the shadows and his people disappeared with him, leaving a consequent hole in the Frumentarii ranks, leaving Vulpes Inculta shaken and losing his ranks for his mistake. It is said that both the men now chase each others for a revenge... or might be trying to get to the Courier the origin of their dismay
