GUESS WHAT!!

I’m metformin free!! 😱🎉💪🏼💕 When I was prescribed metformin 18 months ago to treat my pcos induced insulin resistance I was determined to get off it! My last bloods showed my sugars are the lowest they have been & are well into the normal range! And my testosterone is the lowest it has been too! I’m so happy my hard work has paid off!

7:45am to 6:30pm 😣

The best thing for me right now would be a nice, cold beer 🍻 but alas I am the Keto Kween. I will in a month though 😉

No workout bc I am so sore from yesterday. Got home way too late and was too tired to wake up early but guess what? IT IS OKAY 👌🏽

Not every day can be perfect and I gotta listen to my body more 😌😌

November 2021 Goals

Stay on track with the Keto diet for a whole month (No treat days). I feel I can do it!

Workout at least 4 times a week

Stretch twice a week

Get at least 75% of water goal in daily

Try 1 recipe a week from my keto cookbooks

Lose at least 5 pounds

So I wanted to ask for some advice for anyone who reads this

Doing this new eating schedule I have, which is the keto diet with some restrictions due to being insulin resistant. I’ve lost the most weight with any other eating schedule I’ve had.

My problem is that I feel some what satisfied with the weight loss. I want to keep losing to reach my goal with and it’s hard for me to stick to it since I had COVID smh

I’ve maintained my weight as well.

Any tips on motivation or discipline with this?

Any advice is welcome and appreciated.

Breakfast: strawberries & peppermint tea

Lunch: Salmon with broccoli and tomatoes. Side of ranch

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs. 3 olives

Dessert: watermelon

I took all my supplements and medicine today too.

Not all my water but at least half!

I feel as I didn’t eat much today but I wasn’t feeling too hungry. I’m just working with my body but I’m still mindful of under eating.

Due to PCOS I can’t have chocolate or caffeine 😞 I was trying peppermint tea due to it being caffeine free and it gave me a little boost. So it was awesome. 10/10 highly recommend

Work was lame 🤷🏽‍♀️

I weighed myself this morning and I’m at 221.4. For a grand total of 22.6 pounds lost!!

All my scrub bottoms are so loose on me!!

Im so close to being out of the 220’s! I think the last time I weighed below 220 was 2-3 years ago.
