have u tried the intention method to shift? this is what worked for me! u basically just go to sleep as normal with the intention of waking up in your dr
I mean yes but not really, I’m always saying before I go to sleep “I’m going to wake up in my dr” and really try to believe it because to be honest that’s all I need to do. But at the same time I feel like I want that to be me but I don't think it is. That probably doesn't make sense Imao, what I mean is, I don't think just an intention is gonna do it for me? I seriously don't know because I want to put in the work to get there but then I don't, then I do, then I don't. And I feel like the only time l ever feel like I truly believe in my affirmations and intentions is when I'm doing a method and get a few symptoms or whatever 😭
