whats the difference between shifting and getting memories from ur dr?
thanks for the ask I've been thinking about this for a while ! the thing is: I consider getting memories a shift. since I started thinking this way, everything has become lighter for me. why wouldn't having a memory from your dr be as grand as a full shift? It's all about the sensations of already being there because you are there. you suddenly have memories, sometimes clear and sometimes confused (as just a kind of "strange certainty," which is what I call it hehe), of your dr, which is another reality. do you understand the magnitude of this? why wouldn't that be a kind of shift too? It just shows that your consciousness is expanding as much as you think and perceive. there is no difference, there is no separation.
I've been thinking a lot lately about my fame dr (and changing some things in the songs) and I wanted to receive questions about persephone and the vampires... any questions 😞🤞🏼
When you think of your DR (immersing wise), do you think of scenarios? Or what do you think that makes you feel that’s you right now?
thank you for the questions!!! :)
well, when I think about my DR and get immersed in it, I do think about scenarios and try to feel what emotions I would feel in them. In addition, I think about the people there and what I would be doing at that moment. I also think about the memories I've had through dreams. basically, I think about everything related to my DR and that's exactly why I end up getting so immersed in it.
It's all about emotions and what you feel inside. my friend often says that when what's in that post happens, my essence/vibration changes, and I can feel that too. It's actually quite complex to explain, but if I spend a lot of time thinking about my DR and get immersed in it, the vibe subtly changes until I feel like I described. sometimes it seems like nothing is happening, but it's instantaneous and subtle. that's why intuition is so important in this, pay attention to the details.
(I hope this answers your questions and if you still have any doubts, pls text me!)
Hey! Do you have any advice for reality shifting or anything that helped you get started? I’ve tried many times, mostly using the method of trying to shift while going to sleep, but it hasn’t worked yet. I’m also trying to lucid dream more to try and do it from my dream. Ik reality shifting is one of those things that you’re supposed to just do and I’ve mostly just been told that no advice should be needed since it comes naturally but if you have any advice to finally do it I’d be extremely grateful
(sorry for the rambling lol)
you’re all good i love getting asks :-D
i think when i got started i just made a script and tried a bunch of different methods. usually tried to find one that connected with me or sounded fun to do.
it took me until my third year of my shifting journey to have my first minishift and that happened when i finally let go and just accepted that it will happen. like i had full confidence i’d shift i didn’t even feel the need to do a method and i think that’s what made it happen for me.
it took me so long to find out what worked for me and i’m still working on it. since shifting is such a personal journey and is completely different for everyone i’d just try a bunch of things to see what feels right (and by right, i mean whatever you feel like doing. whatever makes you happy, comfortable, seems fun, anything you feel will make you shift). i personally believe that if you think it works for you than it will.
what feels right for me is whatever gets me motivated and feeling connected to my drs, so that’s journaling every shifting attempt, writing letters to my dr people, doing tarot readings for my dr people, listening to subliminals, affirming to myself that i shifted every morning when i wake up, scripting, making pinterest boards and spotify playlists of my drs, and even just believing that i can shift through just intention.
trying can take time because sometimes you’ll do a method and feel absolutely no connection to it, and then you’ll try a different method and it will resonate with you, and the journey part is just doing this until you find what works. you don’t need a method though, just apply this to whatever you want to try.
if you like the idea of falling asleep and shifting but it hasn’t worked i honestly wouldn’t rule it out just yet. i spent so long doing this with no success and quite a lot of demotivation and then one night i shifted basically doing the same thing i’ve always done, even with doubts that i’d still wake up here.
sorry i don’t have too much advice because i’m still trying to get to the point of being able to shift on a regular basis, but just try whatever makes you happy even if it takes a bit to figure it out and keep trying because fr every attempt could end up being the one to get you to shift, even if you don’t think it will.
also i know people say it comes naturally but literally at least twice a year i’ll get so frustrated and be like “how do you even shift i don’t know how to do it anymore 😤” lol
Soo I saw that you don't know what to post so I've come to ask you some questions about your dr's hehe.
1. Have you planned outfits for your ateez Dr? Like concerts and comebacks? If so, can you show 'em?
2. In your spider-red Dr what are your hobbies? Or a core memory that you have? Maybe when saving someone, your first mission as spider-red or some moment with Yunho?
3. Do you like doing mood boards? Because I'd love to see some mood boards for the band in your fame dr, more specifically the members.
Idk take it as ideas for you, hehe.
You can make a post for each question, so it's easier for you.
Or you can completely ignore this idk, lmao. 😭😭😭
ANYWAYS I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU, XOXO!!! 💕💕
WHATTTT??? why would I ignore this??? I LOVE ANSWERING ASKS!!! TYSM SWEETIE!!! <333 I LOVE U
OK. SO I'll answer each one in individual posts so it's better for you to see everything ^^
planned outfits — ateez dr
hobbies and a memory — spiderwoman dr
members' moodboard — fame dr
actually, these are really great post ideas!! thank you so much :3
Hi I just wanted another persons comments about my shifting experience
"Just had my first semi shift. It was 4 am and I was feeling frustrated because l woke up in the middle of the night in my OR (meaning my shifting attempt from had fail) and I couldn't fall asleep because my neighbor was making noise and the walls are paper thin. In a moment of frustration I close my eyes and say in my mind "Arent i in my waiting room now?" Then I suddenly feel like a tick in my head like someone flicked their finger against me and I open my eyes to see my waiting room. But sadly my heart rate went through the roof and I couldn't ground myself because I found myself in my OR again. After that I just went back to sleep and I'm gonna permashift to my waiting room tonight. "
OH THATS SO AMAZING IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU
this strangely reminds me of the anti-method (made by hrrtshape) alongside the wbtb ?? i wonder who the hell flicked you on the forehead 😭. i’ve seen a lot of people who shifted like this, being so frustrated over something or feeling a STRONG and intense emotion and then shifting through that? REGARDLESS CONGRATULATIONS ON SHIFTING !! have fun in your dr tonight :)
hi, i saw your post on letting shifting be easy and i’ve seen a lot of “let go” “don’t try so hard” kind of posts but it’s something im not getting
not in a “explain it even more cuz i just wanna hear your take on it” but im actually just not understanding how to let shifting be easy, im not sure how to relax and know it’ll happen
i can feel relaxed, i can be content in my mind that i’ve shifted but i open my eyes and it’s the same
i’m just confused on where to go from here
Hellooooo my first ask lol!
I’m gonna try to make this as short and simple as possible for you.
To let shifting be easy you need to remove all expectations off yourself. All you gotta do is to be there in the state of calm and relaxation with your DR in the forefront of your mind. Thoughts just drifting easily as they come and go until you zone out and that’s when you shift.
Let go of the tension. Stop trying to “prove” you’re there and hyperfixating on that. Just relax. Breathe. Let it be easy. Observe your shift and let your subconscious handle the rest.
As for you being in a good headspace and still waking up here that’s okay. You’re not doing anything wrong. Your mind might just be expecting to wake up here subconsciously. It’s your brains way of protecting you from disappointment. So just leave it at that. Label it as your brain’s “coping mechanism”, acknowledge it then move on. 😭
If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask. You got this 🤍🤍
