Veronaville - Intro Round Capp; Cornwall, Regan, Kent

Although it's set up that their marriage starts off rocky, Regan and Cornwall's chemistry is undeniable.

Which I think is hard for Kent to see everyday. It's not like he's desperate for love and commitment but, he just can't imagine anyone ever loving him like that. Even his own family don't seem too fussed about him.

In the evening, Regan invited the rest of the family over for dinner. It was nice, the adults sat around the fire and Kent was lumped with the kids as he usually is.

With the dinner table only being small, Consort got his son-in-laws to sit on the sofa with him.

Consort: 'I want to meet with you both, alone.'

Cornwall: 'Of course, sir. Is there a problem?'

Consort: 'Not to worry about that yet, son. I think it's about time the men had a chat.'

Albany: 'In that case, sir, shouldn't we involve Kent too?'

Consort: 'No no, the real men.'

Albany: 'Hm.'

As everyone left, of course there were no leftovers for Kent. But it's not all bad, at least that means he gets to cook himself a nice meal without hungry eyes.

Veronaville - Intro Round Capp; Albany, Goneril, Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, Ariel

Although Capp is one of the richest names in Sim Nation, they sure don't feel like sharing the wealth when it comes to family members who don't live at the mansion.

So Goneril sat in their tiny family home, in the empty dining room they can't yet afford to fill with furniture, to vent about concerns she had in her marriage.

'Dear diary, Albany must think I'm stupid. He says he loves me but I know he's only with me for-

-my fabulous wealth.'

The kids of course don't care about fancy furniture, in fact the less furniture the more space there is to play cops and robbers!

Albany spent all day teaching little Ariel how to walk. I'm certain Goneril's 'concerns' are a cover up for something deeper, Albany could not be more dedicated as a father.

Miranda then snuck out downtown and asked Mercutio on a date.

Why are you looking at me like that, Merc?

Despite Mercutio's very... telling looks, Miranda still managed to score her first kiss.

Veronaville - Intro Round Capp; Consort, Tybalt, Juliette, Hermia

Onto Veronaville! <333 The Capp's intro round started as fate would have it, with Romeo and Juliette making things official.

Tybalt obviously had to threaten Romeo on the doorstep.

I think this picture sums up Juliette's siblings opinions of her relationship pretty well.

Then Titania did what the Summerdreams do best, try to mend the feud. She invited Consort and Tybalt out for dinner with Isabella, bringing along Puck and Albany (for some reason).

I like to imagine she thought that because of Consort's conservative ways, he wouldn't fight Isabella on her own without Patrizio.

Dinner was, as tense as you can imagine.

Albany's internal monologue, probably: 'Why was I invited to this?'

After dinner, Tybalt threw his drink over Isabella - proudly showing his loyalty to the Capp name. Consort congratulates him on his passion and dedication, Tybalt has always been his favourite anyway.

Back at home, Juliette snuck out with Romeo for a romantic evening under the stars.

I've always been a Mercutio girl but damn, this makeover of Romeo makes me understand why Juliette is ready to sacrifice her inheritance. He's so cute!! >.<

Hermia spent the intro round reading and staying out of the way, I'm hoping she gets her time during the Summerdream round :')

Strangetown - Intro Round Bachelor; Bella

Bella knew she shouldn't have been on Don's balcony that night, but after being abducted she's starting to think maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing after all. Whatever their reasoning was, the aliens dropped Bella off in Strangetown - completely unharmed - so maybe those Caliente girls don't have as much influence over the skies as they think they do.

Of course her first thought was to return to her family but, wait. How many sims get the chance to start over like this? She never really had a chance to explore her romance sim ways after marrying Mortimer so young... ah, why not. If things go wrong she can always pretend she lost her memory, right? Best to drop that Goth name just for now though.

Her first guest was the blissfully unaware Jenny Smith who let her know about the new bar that opened in town! Seems like somewhere a cute single would want to go!

But when Bella got there all the immediate attention freaked her out a bit. Maybe they recognised her? Or maybe they just found her hot, either way it was too much too soon.

So she decided to hit up the local pool instead! Which turned out to not be much better.

Cyd: 'You look really familiar, have we met?'

Bella: 'Ha, um, I don't think so? Maybe I just look similar to a celebrity you know or something.'

Wanda: 'Hmm, no. Not a celebrity. More like, a milk bottle?'

Strangetown - Intro Round Loner; Ajay, Chester Gieke

I like to imagine that Chester found Ajay's ad for a roommate online and thought Strangetown would be perfect to get his Science career off the ground.

Unfortunately, on his first day he got fired.

So there goes that storyline. BUT his LTW is to become a criminal mastermind which I thought was quite funny given his nerdy tech background.

The pair headed to the community pool where Chester got to know Nervous.

And Ajay started flirting with Erin Beaker ??? After his date with Lola ??

Damn, what a dog. I thought Ajay was supposed to be boring. He has the same amount of chemistry with both so we'll see what happens!

Just as their round was coming to an end, Chester set their very appropriately decorated kitchen on fire.

Strangetown - Intro Round Grunt; General Buzz, Tank, Ripp, Buck

Not all much happened for the Grunts in the intro round. Buzz took Tank and Buck out to a diner where Buck spent most the time chatting with Jill.

When they got home Buzz continued pushing Tank probably too hard, as usual.

And Ripp spent the round looking like this.

I can't wait to get Ripp to college and away from this super toxic home life </3

Strangetown - Intro Round Specter/Nigmos; Olive, Ophelia

Despite being the most mysterious household in Strangetown, Olive and Ophelia were one of the least dramatic so far!

Ophelia invited Johnny over for some 'bonding'.

And Pascal invited Olive to an outing Downtown, I really think this is him trying to get Nervous back in touch with his mother :'))) He did bring Tycho which, although very cute, did ruin the vibe.

Strangetown - Intro Round Curious; Pascal, Vidcund, Lazlo

Finally getting to the Stranetown intro rounds and we kick it off with an abduction, how fitting!

A few hours later, he was dropped back to the beautiful sound of baby chimes :D

All that excitement must've sent Pascal into labour, Tycho Curious is our first Uberhood baby <333 (If you don't count the Oldie's adoption)

Nervous stopped by to check on Pascal after the birth and things got flirty pretty quick.

When Pascal got back from his date, Olive Specter came to visit. I like to think she's been keeping an eye on her son since he was taken from her and Pascal is the first step to getting back in contact with him :')

That night, Jenny invited the brothers out for dinner but with Lazlo at work and Pascal looking after Tycho only Vidcund could make it.

Lazlo spent most the round lounging about the house as he tends to do. I did try to take him out a few times but nothing too interesting happened!

I also put Vidcund in the Natural Scientist career and Lazlo in the Paranormal career as I think it suits them better.
