🧫 tested new cell passaging reagent that only lifts undifferentiated iPSCs. Worked well and happily did not have too many differentiated cells like I feared I would!

🧪 learned to use the upstairs plate reader and tested a BCA kit from 2018. Surprisingly the kit is still good!

🏠 finally was able to make my kitchen functional again

🐶 finished the day with a car ride and a walk with the puppy
