one of the egg-corrupted boys plants some red vines near or within the husband's house. somewhere inconspicuous, somewhere where the vines won't be discovered until they've done their damage.

michael finds the vines.

tubbo and ranboo dont notice at first. not until they notice that michael's been acting strange lately. slowly, michael becomes cold and untrusting towards his fathers, and eventually bites or harms one of them unprovoked.

thats when the husbands find the vines.

they remove the vines, doing a thorough sweep to make sure they didn't miss any.

whether michael recovers or not is up to you.
