I like to think that one of Iris’s favorite things to do when intimately cuddling with Nikki is resting her head on Nikki’s chest and listening to her heartbeat. Obviously Iris doesn’t have a heartbeat of her own so I like to think she finds it soothing and even fascinating to listen to Nikki’s heart.

Also you just know she never got to have intimate cuddles with Josh. Even in the movie we see her trying to have an intimate conversation with Josh after they have sex and he just coldly makes her go to sleep. Just bangs her then shuts her off. That would never happen with Nikki, not only because Iris is incapable of being shut off now, but also because Nikki would never do that to her even if she could.

I was trying to think of cute headcanons about Nikki and Iris celebrating each other’s birthdays and it occurred to me that poor Iris doesn’t have one because, well, she was never born, just built :(

Maybe they research what date she was built by Empathix and they treat that as her birthday? Actually I just thought of a better idea: they treat the day she killed Josh as her birthday, especially since that’s also the night she was given full control, so it’s like she was reborn in a way. Yeah, I’m going with that.

I just browsed through Companion screencaps on Fancaps to see what the date shown on Josh’s phone was and the answer is June 24th. So yeah, that’s Iris’s birthday.
