So I watch Alita, and I arrived to same conclusion after watching Detective Pikachu a few days ago. Live adaptations of graphic novels / comics / manga, it must stop. It’s ugly af. Christoph Waltz with a big ass hammer ? I don’t buy it one second. I won’t speak of Edward Norton’s look in the movie...

Same for Pokémon, for some of them it looks fine, like Pikachu, but for other like ninja frogs thing... not so much. And I don’t want to see Mewtwo speaking ever again.

And honestly after Into The Spider-Verse and Spielberg’s Tintin I don’t know what Hollywood is waiting for, live action is clearly not the way to go here.
