I have a horrible track record of procrastinating schoolwork and not actually trying that hard because I'm good at the U.S. education system so I've always gotten good grades regardless. Which has fostered a vicious cycle that's followed me into college where I end up in situations like tonight where I am recording a speech at 10:30 pm the day before it's due without having practiced it a single time.

And yet- I am somehow still doing more than half of the students in my class who are trying to use generative ai to write their speeches. It's- I can't even explain how floored I am by this. I am aware that I am doing the bare minimum. But apparently I'm not??? Because others are doing less

Can I just say how masterful the writing with him has been for me? And the acting, too. They have somehow made him hilarious, terrifying and interesting. He gets to be a very standard, funny, incompetent villain, a devastating figure of Junior and Sun's trauma, and a very real, grounded human being with a realistic motive and conflicting emotions. Im in awe
