Chang Ge Xing ch 61.2 trivia

There’s a small trivia in this chapter that I forgot to include. Some of you might have noticed this already. It’s about the Tian Ce Office mentioned by Qiao Shiqi in the second page of ch 61.2.

If you’ve been following unable-or-unwilling for a while and you thought that the Tian Ce Office sounds familiar, that’s because it is. Here’s a hint: Tian Ce is translated into Heavenly Strategies. Sound familiar? Yes, it’s the same as the Heaven Strategies Manor/Sect in ISCC.

ISCC, or Ibuki Satsuki’s Comic Collection, is a manhua work by Yi Chui Wu Yue a.k.a. Ibuki Satsuki (伊吹五月). It is a collection of short comics featuring characters and setting from the Chinese MMORPG game named Jian Wang 3 (剑网3; Jx3). Here’s a short intro to this series.

If you want to learn more about the Tian Ce Office, unable-or-unwilling included a great description of it in her translation for ch 61.2 (you’ll have to scroll down to the bottom of the post).

Another CGX/ISCC parallel is the Song of Chi-le, sang by Chang-ge’s mother Ah-Jin to her during one of her flashback (the one she had after burying Mimi) and included in ISCC ch 128. Here’s a post on it as well.

ya bitch just finished chapter 5!!! whoop whoop we're halfway done and im so fucking excited to start posting this thing

“Kacchan, what are you doing out-” Midoriya began to ask, but Katsuki interrupted him tersely.

“No.”

“N-no?”

“No.” He shook his head once, “We’re not doing this right now. I can’t do this right now, I don’t have the time.”

The girl bristled behind him, her glare intensifying, but Midoriya only looked curious. He tilted his head slightly, and Katsuki hated how it reminded him of when they were little.

“Don’t have the time?”

“I don’t have the fucking time to deal with this bullshit right now,” he snarled at him, “I have to get out of here before the trail goes cold.”

“What trail?”

Katsuki growled, wishing he could jump up and just leave, “Let me go.”

“Not until you tell me what’s going on, Kacchan. You were never allowed outside the castle walls before and now you’re here of all places? Hunting something?”

Katsuki winced at his word choice, “I’m not fucking hunting anything, never say that again. And I don’t have to tell you jack shit.”

Midoriya sighed, “Kacchan, this is important, what does your mother have you doing he-”

“My mother doesn’t have me doing shit, I ran away two months ago and haven’t talked to her since so if you want to know what she’s planning you’re fuck outta luck.”

The green haired boy’s jaw dropped at that information, and he looked at Katsuki in awe and surprise, “You ran away?”

“Yes, now let me fucking go, I need to hurry or it could be too late by the time I find him.”

SO LETS TALK ABOUT FANFICS FOR A MOMENT

spefically mine

im glad to announce that the fantasy au fic finally has a name!! its Indestructible Scales and Combustible Crowns! so, once i finish it and start posting y'all can look it up (and possibly make fanart or smth for it i doubt anyone will but im being optimisti) at the tag #indestructible scales and combustible crowns or #iscc for short maybe

speaking of when i finish and start posting, at the same time as im writing iscc i am also writing a chatfic that i have affectionately named It Do Be Like That, and i bring this up for a reason

though there is no way 'it do be like that' will be even remotely near finished when i finish iscc, i am going to start posting them at the same time, a chapter of iscc every tuesday, and 'it do be like that' every thursday

in addition to that, after i finish iscc and start writing it, i will start writing one of two things

1) a sequel to iscc, depending on how good it does and how many ideas i get for it

or

2) a fantasy coffee shop au, the idea for which was sparked by the lovely @trenchcoatkitten

i also have a oneshot that i have been working on and will be working on for an indeterminable amount of time so that will be posted whenever i finish and have it beta'd

Indestructible Scales and Combustible Crowns is going up TOMORROW!!!!

i've finally finished the final chapter of iscc and am ready to start posting!!!

im most likely going to write a small epilogue which introduces the sequel, but it will be a long time before i even begin writing the sequel, as i want to write some other things before getting back into this world. that being said, i am in no way done with this world i've made, and im excited to start sharing it with all of you!

im planning on posting a chapter of iscc every tuesday, and posting a chapter of my chatfic, It Do Be Like That, every thursday

so ya girl has been Gone for a bit heh

and i know i said sometime before halloween i'd finish the iscc soon but then writers block hit me like a fucking truck and so did school

but! in the past week I managed to finish chapters 7 and 8!!!!

we're in the final stretch people! only two more chapters to go!!!

i feel like if i post a preview of these two chapters itll give a Lot away so im just informing yall
