Rarepairs...h u h ? Idk if you’re still doing them, but Ishimaru and Leon is actually one of my favorite rarepairs (opposites attract ships imo are,, MMMMMMM), maybe you could write something up?
Leon slammed both hands next to Ishimaru’s head as the ultimate moral compass cowered against the wall.
“Ya know,” he said with a grin. “You act all intense around others, but when you’re alone its like you’re an entirely different person.”
Ishimaru felt sweat drip down his forehead. His heart pounded with nervousness. Damn it! How had he gotten into this situation? He should have never agreed to run detention on his own, especially with a delinquent like Leon!
The baseball player moved one hand to his waist. Ishimaru let out an undignified squeal.
“Oh? A little sensitive?”
“... hey! Nnn-no suggestive physical contact on school grounds!” Ishimaru spat out, finally able to form coherent words. However, they did little to discourage Leon. Ignoring him, he just moved his other hand to his free side and started squeezing.
“-AAAAAH! Ahehehehe, Leohohon!!”
“Ha, who woulda thought the student council president had such an embarrassing secret...”
His hands pinched and poked his waist until Ishimaru was a ball of giggles. He twisted his body almost violently but couldn’t avoid Leon’s tickly attack. He was so red faced by the end that Leon had to laugh along with him.
Detention might not be so bad after all, Leon thought to himself.

Mockba 80 Москва 80 framesets were built in 1978-1979 for Soviet cyclists for the 1980 Olympics in Moscow. Built by Reginald Vorontsov who later designed and built Takhion frames. There were 52 Москва-80 frames built including both track and road varieties. Built with Ishiwata 019 tubing.
I am so shocked
Ishiwata 022.
Joe's neo-retro Indi Hawk, quadruple-butted Ishiwata steel!
PLANNING ON A NEW BUILD
SURPRISE
IT’S ANOTHER JAPANESE BIKE
It’s a Panasonic frame that I can’t positively identify. I passed on it before twice because
a) It’s been repainted, so I can’t really KNOW if it’s double butted chromoly or something low end, heavy, and cheap
b)There’s no fork included
But now that I’ve researched more into vintage Japanese frames, I’ve realized it’s something REALLY GOOD.
It has Panasonic forged dropouts with axle adjuster screws, a cast seat lug, top tube cable guides, oval-to-round flattened chainstays, a bottom bracket shell with points rather than flats, under-bottom-bracket cable routing with guides, an under-chainstay cable stop for the rear derailleur cable, brazed-on shifter bosses, and double water bottle bosses (one set on the seat tube, one set on the downtube,)
Those details date it to the mid 80′s, since water bottle bosses, flattened chainstays and under bottom bracket/under chainstay routing didn't become a thing for Panasonic till 1985.
None of the post 1985 Panasonic low-end bikes had oval-to-round chainstays, double water bottle bosses, shifter braze ons or under chain stay cable stops. That means it’s at least a mid-high frame, made either of Tange 900 or Champion No. 2
NOW, none of the mid level frames had under-chainstay cable stops or pointed bottom bracket shells. A few had double water bottle bosses. The two top-end machines (Fitted with Campagnolo Victory) had fish-mouth cut outs on the stays to the dropouts, and this frame has domed ends, so this narrows it down more.
Based on lugs and frame design, the only choices are: Team Europe II (Columbus SP or SL main tubes, Tange chromoly everything else) Team Japan (Columbus SP/SL mix tubes, Tange chromoly everything else) DX-5000 (Tange Champion No.1) or a DX-4000 (Tange Champion No.2)
Pretty cool. I’m stoked on it.
